Back to working out!

We've been moving the past week so I did not have time to work out . Now back to getting fit for Hawaii! Breakfast I ate two scrambled eggs and a plum and a slice of dry wheat toast. For a snack I am eating a banana and some nuts. For lunch I am planning on eating a spinach salad with a tiny amount of dressing and grilled chicken on top! Not sure about dinner yet? I worked out yesterday with the Insanity workout!!
