Let me start off by saying that I was initially excited about trying the system. The first few days of trying it my face felt fine. After three days of using the product my face began to look very red and my skin was so dry that I looked like i had scales on my chin! I tried using lotion and I even tried the green tea moisturizer that came with Proactive, but nothing helped. It's like my face just sucked it in and dried out immediately after putting it on. My face started to get very sore and painful. Every time I put on the toner after washing my face it stung really bad. I decided to call the Proactive telephone number and ask them what was wrong. When I told the Proactive Representative about my problem she immediately told me that this was not normal and I was probably allergic to the product. She was very nice and refunded my money to me within a few days. Everyone has different skin types, so this doesn't happen to everyone.
